It is with great excitement that we announce the opening of our sixth location in Hoboken today! After an exhaustive process, we are thrilled to fling our doors open wide to the Washington Street community with business hours 11am-10pm daily. Formerly two separate businesses, our space at 120 Washington Street has been unified by our open kitchen + unique touchscreen ordering process with ample seating both inside and out.
Gracing our walls is the commissioned work of NYC-based photographer Joseph Michael Lopez. Unlike many of today’s photographers, Joseph shoots his subjects using a manual SLR and prints actual film from negatives, rather than digital. Lopez worked closely with the honeygrow team to capture the subtle energy and beauty of the Hoboken and NYC area—from its people to its landscape—using black + white film.
Our furnishings feature reclaimed wood from our hometown Philly artisans—stool tops by Fab Dubrunfaut and custom-made tables by Philadelphia Woodcraft. Both this location and our Wilmington, DE location feature a new kiosk design featuring vibrant new photography by Jason Varney. Our marker boards have been hand-illustrated by Kelly Franklin with local support by Hoboken resident Jessie Kaye. Keep an eye on the tree out front for a forthcoming art installation from Jessie!
Like our other locations, all of our dressings + sauces are made in-house daily from scratch. We have no freezers, meaning everything is served as fresh as possible. We buy local + organic whenever possible and pride ourselves in getting to know each local community from the inside out. Thank you for the warm welcome Hoboken! We are thrilled to celebrate our latest location in such a vibrant and colorful square mile!
