our third minigrow location (+ final new spot of 2017) is now open at 29th + 7th Ave in Manhattan, just steps away from Madison Square Garden, New York's Penn Station + the Fashion Institute of Technology. The new location nearby any + all Penn Station Metro stops, including the 1, 2, and 3 lines. Our 7th Ave space will be open Monday through Friday from 10:30AM-10:00PM, and Saturday + Sunday from 10:30AM-8:00PM. Online ordering is available now, allowing guests to place advance orders for pickup, track order history + earn loyalty points to redeem for free food. Delivery via Caviar will also be available on day one!
just like our Madison Ave location + recently opened Broadway location, mg7thAve hosts a unique menu of carefully curated ingredients, all selected by our Culinary Director, Chef David Katz, so that they pair well together no matter the combination. All bowls will start at $8.95 + include unlimited toppings (such as sweet + sour onions, seaweed kimchi and miso corn), with a wide variety of proteins (such as dashi poached salmon + roasted chicken thigh) for diners to choose while building their bowl. These ingredients all top off our variety of bases, including minigrow-exclusive noodles (three wheat + spinach), jasmine rice, zucchini noodles, organic spring mix + organic baby spinach.
a veteran team behind both honeygrow + minigrow designs, Verona Carpenter Architects have once again brought a warm, welcoming environment to life for our third location. Accenting these design touches is a glorious mural by Philadelphia-based artist, Martha Rich, who teaches nearby at the Fashion Institute of Technology. The mural (which consists of random sayings, witicisms + quips overheard by the artist) spans several walls, continuing upstairs to our mezzanine which hosts several seats overlooking the main area below.
per our founder, Justin: “Our mission is to serve up something wholesome, different from what’s out there, and have our guests know that you can create something nutritious without being boring.”
