and we're back! 16th St. re-opens today!

After a short Winter hiatus, we are back! Our very first location at 110 S. 16th St. re-opens and resumes normal business hours (seven days a week, 11am-10pm) starting today!

With all new kitchen equipment from the back of house, all the way to the front, we've got five woks to meet all of your stir-fry needs. We've installed new custom touchscreen kiosks featuring our favorite Philadelphia vistas and a more dynamic, visually engaging interface. The new technology makes it even easier to customize your dish, whether you start with a suggested salad, stir-fry or create-your-own. All of our locations now feature our proprietary, custom-designed interface developed with a team of carefully selected UX design specialists. This team combined our needs for a thoughtful design approach intersected with purposeful guest utilization to create our new UX platform.

The re-opening also kicks off the launch of our newly updated menu (all locations will switch to the new menu by April 1st). Our updated menu features two new stir-frys from Culinary Director, Chef David Katz: Sweet Soy Five Spice—togarashi spiced turkey over brown rice with green beans, red onions + sesame seeds and The Philly Roast Pork—Yards Brawler au jus, roast pork, organic baby spinach, broccoli, red onions, chili flakes + asiago shavings. Our other stir-fry offerings have had some ingredients adjusted, so double-check your old favorites!

The new salads feature a Seasonal Wheat Berry with honey ginger dressing (get it before we switch to Summer!), Caravan with a lemon curry yogurt dressing, Roasted Tomato Miso Kale, Walnut St. Noodle and the Old School. Our classic Cobb salad and the ever-popular Spicy Garlic stir-fry remain unchanged!

We couldn't be more excited to welcome you back to our first location. We are proud to use local craftsman PhilaWoodcraft for our custom, reclaimed wood tables, Lizzy McErlean for our hand-drawn menu boards and Rita Carroll for our monthly artwork. We will also be showcasing work by Conrad Benner, who's work is also featured at our West Philly location, when we install a large photo wall later this month.
