we're excited to announce that both of our Boston minigrow locations are now open! The first location, mgSummerSt, opened in the Financial District at 125 Summer Street on Friday, April 27th and the second location, mgBackBay, opened May 1st in the Back Bay neighborhood, just a few steps from Copley Square at 565 Boylston St. These locations join our two honeygrow locations already open in the city. Both minigrows will be open daily from 10:30AM-10:00PM + will support advance ordering via order.minigrow.com on day one. Local delivery options, such as Caviar, will become available in the next few weeks, as will our new catering service (which is available now at honeygrow).
as found in our other minigrow locations in New York City + Chicago, the menu features carefully curated, expertly prepared ingredients (like tomatoes cooked overnight for 12 hours, dashi poached salmon + slow-roasted pork shoulder) alongside our creative base options. Begin building your bowl with one of our unique, wholesome or refreshing base options: freshly made spinach or three wheat noodles, freshly spiralized zucchini noodles, organic spring mix or baby spinach. New additions to the menu, such as avocado, spicy kale kimchi + poached egg, bring even more inventive, exciting notes to the already colorful + unique list of flavors. Visit our website to check out the full menu.
both spaces are warm, sleek + inviting, thanks in part to the beautiful reclaimed gym flooring that graces our walls + the comfortable, accessible interiors. Complimenting the interior design of our mgSummerSt is a colorful mural created by Boston-based artist, Silvia Lopez Chavez, which features a detailed map of Downtown Boston including a special callout for the minigrow location. Coming soon to Summer Street: a very special, motivational quote from a galaxy far, far away which will grace the northern wall.
our commitment to nourishing creativity extends into our Back Bay space where two exposed brick walls have been painted over with a must-see mural by Boston-based Nepali artist, Imagine. The mural, titled 'Imagine This,' blends American graffiti writing styles with the sanskrit technique found in her home country of Nepal. mgBackBay also features ample outdoor seating should you choose to spend your time with us outside — perfect for the beautiful spring + summer days around Copley Square.
