Finals week is the pits. You want to be excited for the upcoming break, but between then and now, there’s nothing but hours of studying, lost sleep, and stress-eating. Although it seems impossible to maintain a normal exercise regimen and eating schedule, it’s important to continue your healthy habits through finals week so your body (+ mind) aren’t worn down.

Jasmine Chiaramonte holds more than just the title of honeygrow’s VP of Finance - this vegetarian and mother of three is a beyond-accomplished ultra-runner. Needing a flexible method of keeping fit (while also having an excuse to leave the house), Jasmine took to running and was quickly on her way to completing ultra-marathons. Her current personal distance record is 119 miles in a 24-hour event, with hopes to break 130 miles in an upcoming race in May 2019.

perry: I think the biggest aspect of wellness is balance. A lot of times in my industry "wellness" is portrayed as aesthetics and how hard you workout. It’’s really way more than that…
