WHAT ARE REWARDS?
You earn Rewards with each purchase when you are a honeygrow rewards member! You can redeem these points at the following thresholds for these menu items:
25 = Free Fountain Drink or Bubbler
75 = Free Brownie
125 = Free Stir-Fry or Salad (*up to $13)
HOW DO I JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM? HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's easy! You can join our rewards program when you create an account on our app or online ordering.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY REWARDS FOR?
You can unlock different rewards at 3 thresholds. Our current rewards program is the following:
25 = Free Fountain Drink or Bubbler
75 = Free Brownie
125 = Free Stir-Fry or Salad (*up to $13)
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS IN-STORE?
Be sure to use your phone number to sign-in to your account when you begin the ordering process at our kiosks. Your order will earn points towards rewards!
HOW DO I REDEEM A REWARD?
When signed into your account, you can redeem rewards by selecting your reward at check-out. You can redeem rewards in-store, online, or on the honeygrow app. Please note: rewards and points have no true monetary value and cannot cover tips and fees associated with any order. Once your reward is activated, you can then pay the remaining balance (if any).
WILL I GET POINTS FOR A CATERING ORDER?
No, we do not have a catering rewards program at this time. You can, however, earn points with our new Group Order feature!
CAN I SUBMIT A MISSED TRANSACTION REQUEST TO EARN POINTS FOR AN ORDER PLACED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY PARTNER PROGRAM?
Nope! Orders placed on Third Party app platforms will not qualify for honeygrow rewards. Looking to earn rewards? Order on our app, online, or in-store!

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I RECEIVE A REWARD?
Hooray! You'll receive an email alerting you that you received a reward. Curious about your rewards? Visit the Rewards section of your app!

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY REWARD? WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY REWARD?
Happy Birthday! If you have a birthday this month, you will receive a Birthday reward! Select redeem in-store, online, or on the app to enjoy your treat.
Didn't receive your reward? Be sure your birthday is added in your account so we can celebrate!
