David Alima + his wife, Laura, are practicing a sweet science in Baltimore's Hampden neighborhood by way of their ice cream shop, The Charmery. craft brewing is back in Baltimore, thanks to Jon Zerivitz, Kevin Blodger + Adam Benesch, founders of Woodberry's Union Craft Brewing. With the motto of "Beer Unites," Union is aiming to provide Baltimore with a neighborhood brewery that bolsters community togetherness over a delicious tap list. We met with Jon after our Baltimore pop-up preview, held in the brewery's parking lot, to discuss the history of Baltimore brewing, where it's headed + the state of Charm City overall.
